Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order, so if something’s not right, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly.
Equipment & Merchandise
- You can return equipment or merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we’ll arrange a return. Once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.
- If you’ve changed your mind, you can still return the item, but you’ll need to cover the return postage.
To start a return:
Email hello@oldspikeroastery.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Coffee & Other Consumables
We really hope you love your coffee, but if something’s not right or your order arrives damaged or defective, please get email hello@oldspikeroastery.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Coffee and other consumable products are classified as perishable goods.
As such:
We cannot accept returns of consumable items where they are not faulty, unless they are unopened and within 14 days of delivery (at our discretion).
